Richie Cole (29 Februari 1948 – 2 Mei 2020) adalah seorang pemain saksofon jazz Amerika, komposer, dan penata musik. Cole lahir di Trenton, New Jersey.[1] Dia mulai bermain alto saxophone ketika dia berumur sepuluh tahun, didorong oleh ayahnya, yang memiliki klub jazz di New Jersey. Dia lulusan Ewing High School, di Ewing Township, New Jersey.[2][3] Cole memenangkan beasiswa dari majalah Down Beat untuk menghadiri Berklee School of Music di Boston.
