Rie Kitahara (北原里英, Kitahara Rie, lahir 24 Juni 1991 di Ichinomiya, Aichi) adalah seorang idola Jepang anggota Tim NIII NGT48. Dari 24 Agustus 2012 hingga 8 Mei 2013, ia merangkap sebagai anggota Tim S SKE48. Ia memulai debut pada tahun 2008 dalam Tim A, dipindahkan ke Tim B, lalu ke tim K Umeda.[1] Ia merupakan bagian dari senbatsu, dipilih sebagai urutan ke-13, 16 dan 13 berturut-turut dalam pemilihan senbatsu AKB48. Sejak tahun 2011, Kitahara menjadi anggota grup Not Yet.[2][3][4]
