Rius Vernandes

Rius Vernandes adalah seorang YouTuber dan pemilik tempat makan asal Indonesia. Ia menjalani masa SMA di Singapura dan menjalani magang sebagai pelayan di Le Cordon Bleu di Sydney, Australia. Di Australia, ia bekerja sebagai asisten dari chef Arnold Poernomo.[1] Saat pulang ke Indonesia, ia mendirikan tempat makan bernama Sec Bowl.[2]

Ia juga gemar mengulas maskapai-maskapai penerbangan seperti Japan Airlines, Singapore Airlines, Oman Air, dan Garuda Indonesia.[3] Pada 16 Juli 2019, Rius bersama dengan pacarnya Elwiyana Monica diadukan atas dakwaan pencemaran nama baik setelah mengunggah foto menu tulisan tangan dari maskapai penerbangan Garuda Indonesia.[4] Southeast Asia Freedom of Expression Network (SAFEnet) menentang pengaduan terhadap Ruis dan Monica tersebut.[5]
