Robert John Service (lahir 29 Oktober 1947) adalah seorang sejarawan, akademisi, dan pengarang Inggris yang menulis tentang sejarah Uni Soviet, terutama era dari Revolusi Oktober sampai kematian Stalin. Ia sampai 2013 menjadi profesor sejarah Rusia di Universitas Oxford, a Fellow of St Antony's College, Oxford, dan a senior Fellow di Institusi Hoover Universitas Stanford.
