Pauline Robinson "Robin" Bush (20 Desember 1949 – 11 Oktober 1953) adalah anak kedua dan anak perempuan tertua dari Presiden Amerika Serikat 41 George H. W. Bush dan istrinya, Ibu Negara Amerika Serikat Barbara Bush. Setelah dia lahir di California, keluarganya segera pindah ke Texas, tempat Robin menjalani sebagian besar hidupnya.

Pada usia 3 tahun, Robin didiagnosa menderita leukemia tingkat lanjut. Karena dia diberi sedikit waktu untuk hidup, orang tuanya menerbangkannya ke New York City untuk perawatan, di mana dia menghabiskan enam bulan ke depan. Meskipun upaya mereka, ia meninggal dua bulan sebelum ulang tahun keempatnya. Kematiannya mendorong mereka untuk membangun yayasan untuk penelitian leukemia.
