Roc Books adalah sebuah percetakan fantasi dari Penguin Group, sebagai bagian dari New American Library. Ini diluncurkan pada April 1990 setelah Ketua Penguin, Peter Mayer membujuk John Silbersack, kepala penyunting program fiksi ilmiah New American Library, untuk meluncurkan percetakan baru yang akan memberikan perhatian lebih pada keberadaan fiksi ilmiah dalam Penguin.[1]
