Roger Spottiswoode (lahir 5 Januari 1945) adalah seorang sutradara film asal Kanada. Ia memulai kariernya sejak awal 1970-an sebagai editor. Prestasi terbesarnya adalah saat ia menjadi sutradara dalam film James Bond tahun 1997, Tommorow Never Dies. Spottiswoode juga menjadi penulis naskah dalam film 48 Hrs. yang dibintangi oleh Eddie Murphy dan Nick Nolte.
