Ronaldo Villanueva Puno (lahir 25 April 1948), juga dikenal sebagai Ronnie Puno, adalah seorang manajer kampanye dan pakar strategi dalam politik Filipina. Ia mendukung pencalonan presidensial Fidel V. Ramos, Joseph Estrada, dan Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo. Puno juga mengurusi kampanye Wakil Presiden dan calon presiden Aliansi Nasionalis Bersatu Jejomar Binay untuk pemilu tahun 2016.[1]
Ia adalah mantan menteri dalam negeri Filipina, dan perwakilan dalam Kongres. Ia juga merupakan ketua Kampi, partai pemerintahan utama Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo.
