Rory John Delap (lahir 6 Juli 1976) adalah seorang mantan pemain sepak bola berkewarganegaraan Irlandia yang pernah bermain sebagai gelandang untuk klub Carlisle United, Southampton, Sunderland, Stoke City, Barnsley dan Burton Albion. Ia dikenal sebagai pemain yang memiliki kemampuan lemparan bola yang luar biasa sehingga menguntungkan klubnya terutama pada saat lemparan ke dalam untuk dijadikan peluang mencetak gol.[2]
