Rotem Gafinovitz (bahasa Ibrani: רותם גפינוביץ'; lahir 9 Juni 1992) adalah seorang pengendara sepeda jalan raya Israel, yang membalap untuk Tim Sepeda Hess.[1][2] Ia berpartisipasi dalam Kejuaraan Dunia Jalan Raya UCI 2012.[3] Hingga Mei 2024, ia telah memenangkan enam balapan UCI dalam kariernya, dan telah memenangkan kejuaraan uji waktu nasional Israel dalam bersepeda jalan raya sebanyak empat kali. Gafinovitz mewakili Israel pada Olimpiade Paris 2024 dalam bersepeda di balap jalan raya individu putri.
