Skandal Rubygate adalah sebuah tuduhan bahwa Perdana Menteri Italia, Silvio Berlusconi membayar penari klub malam, Karima El Mahroug - juga dikenal dengan nama panggungnya Ruby Rubacouri (berarti "Ruby si Pematah Hati") - untuk pelayanan seksual antara Februari dan Mei 2010 ketika ia masih di bawah umur.
