Rumah teras
Dalam arsitektur dan tata kota, sebuah rumah teras, rumah susun, rumah sambung atau rumah bandar (istilah yang terakhir disebutkan juga dapat merujuk pada rumah patio) adalah gaya perumahan berkepadatan menengah yang muncul di Eropa pada akhir abad ke-17, ketika satu baris rumah yang serupa saling berbagi dinding samping. Ujung pertama dan terakhir dari barisan ini disebut teras ujung, dan biasanya lebih besar daripada rumah di tengah baris.
Rumah teras telah menampung berbagai jenis spektrum sosial masyarakat Barat. Awalnya dikaitkan dengan kelas pekerja, tetapi sekarang rumah teras lama dan pembangunannya sering dikaitkan dengan proses gentrifikasi orang kaya.[1]
