Prof. Drs. Rusdi, Dipl. Grad., MA, Ph.D adalah seorang pengajar Indonesia. Ia merupakan Atase Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan pada Kedutaan Besar Republik Indonesia di Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia,[1] sejak Desember 2010.
Sebelumnya ia pernah menjabat sebagai Dekan Fakultas Bahasa dan Seni (FBS) Universitas Negeri Padang (UNP), Padang, Sumatera Barat.[2]
Ia wafat pada tanggal 10 Mei 2017.[3]
