Rustam Kasimdzhanov (bahasa Uzbek: Rustam Qosimjonov; bahasa Rusia: Рустам Касымджанов; lahir 5 Desember 1979) adalah seorang grandmaster catur Uzbekistan dan mantan Juara Dunia FIDE (2004-05). Dia adalah juara Asia pada tahun 1998.
Selain permainan turnamennya, Kasimdzhanov berada di urutan kedua setelah Viswanathan Anand, termasuk selama pertandingan Kejuaraan Dunia 2008, 2010 dan 2012. Dia juga berlatih dengan kandidat Kejuaraan Dunia, Sergey Karjakin dan Fabiano Caruana.
Pada 2015. ia memenangkan Piala Highlander, turnamen knockout cepat, di Festival Catur Global, yang berlangsung di Budapest dan diselenggarakan oleh Judit Polgar.[1]
