Róisín Marie Murphy (lahir 5 Juli 1973) adalah seorang penyanyi, penulis lagu, dan produser musik elektronik asal Irlandia.

Murphy pertama dikenal sebagai bagian dari grup musik elektronik Moloko. Rekannya dalam grup tersebut, Mark Brydon, saat itu merupakan pasangannya. Setelah keduanya mengakhiri hubungan mereka, Murphy mengeluarkan album debut solonya Ruby Blue, ditulis dan diproduksi bersama Matthew Herbert, pada tahun 2005. Album keduanya, Overpowered dirilis tahun 2007.
