Rüdiger Overmans (lahir 6 April 1954) adalah seorang sejarawan militer Jerman yang mengkhususkan diri dalam sejarah Perang Dunia II. Bukunya "German Military Losses in World War II", yang ia buat saat menjadi pemimpin sebuah proyek yang disponsori oleh yayasan Gerda Henkel,[1] adalah salah satu karya paling komprehensif tentang korban tewas Jerman pada Perang Dunia II.[2]
