SAIPA (bahasa Persia: سایپا, bahasa Rusia: Сайпа, bahasa Belarus: Сайпа) adalah sebuah perusahaan kendaraan bermotor asal Iran yang bermarkas besar di Tehran. SAIPAC (akronim dari Société anonyme iranienne de production des automobiles Citroën dalam bahasa Prancis)[3] didirikan pada 1965[4] dengan 75% saham kepemilikan Iran, untuk memasukkan merek Citroën ke pasar Iran. Perusahaan tersebut berganti nama menjadi SAIPA (Société anonyme iranienne de production automobile) pada 1975[3] ketika negara Iran menarik diri dari perusahaan tersebut.[5]
