adalah Sekolah Menengah Pertama favorit yang berada di kota Sidoarjo, Jawa Timur, Indonesia. Berletak di jalan Gajah Mada, Dukuh Ngingas, Kecamatan Waru, Sidoarjo. SMP Negeri 4 Waru adalah sekolah yang berdiri ke empat dari sekolah-sekolah sebelumnya.

SMP Negeri empat juga di kenal dengan sebutan Spenpatru.
