SWIFT J1756.9−2508 adalah pulsar milidetik dengan frekuensi rotasi 182 Hz (periode 5,5 mili detik). Ia ditemukan pada tahun 2007 oleh Swift Gamma-Ray Burst Explorer dan memiliki pendamping dengan massa antara 0,0067 dan 0,030 massa matahari. Diperkirakan bahwa bintang pendamping pulsar tersebut merupakan sisa-sisa dari bintang pendamping terdahulu, yang sekarang hanya menyisakan inti bermassa planet. Pulsar ini meng-akresi massa dari pendamping ini, yang kadang kadang mengakibatkan ledakan besar dari bahan akumulasi pada bintang neutron.
