Saccoglossus adalah sebuah genus cacing biji pasang (Kelas Enteropneusta). Genus ini menjadi yang terbesar pada kelasnya, mencakup 18 spesies.[1]
Genus ini dicirikan terkhususnya dengan cincin-cincin konstentris jaringan otot di belalainya. Banyak Sacoglossus dapat ditemukan di habitat pasir dan lumur pesisir, biasanya didekat teluk. Mereka menggali galian berbentuk tabung di substrat, mengeluarkan mengeluarkan tumpukan lemparan berbentuk kerucut secara spiral.[1]
Genus ini dikenal dengan produksi dan akumulasi berbagai pirol dan fenol terhalogen.[2]
