Sachiko Hidari (左 幸子, Hidari Sachiko, 29 Juni 1930 – 7 November 2001) adalah seorang pemeran film asal Jepang. Ia tampil dalam 42 film antara 1952 hingga 1995. Di Festival Film Internasional Berlin ke-14 pada 1964, ia memenangkan Silver Bear untuk Aktris Terbaik atas peran-perannya dalam She and He dan The Insect Woman.[1] Pada 1977, ia menggarap dan membintangi film The Far Road, yang masuk Festival Film Internasional Berlin ke-28.[2]
