Salah Mesbah Khalaf (bahasa Arab: صلاح مصباح خلف), juga dikenal sebagai Abu Iyad (أبو إياد) (1933 – 14 Januari 1991), adalah wakil ketua dan kepala intelijensi Organisasi Pembebasan Palestina dan pejabat Fatah paling senior kedua setelah Yasser Arafat.[1] Amerika Serikat dan Israel meyakininya sebagai pendiri Organisasi September Hitam.
