Sarah Margaret "Sally" Roffey Jewell (lahir 21 Februari 1956) adalah seorang pengusaha Britania-Amerika yang menjabat sebagai Menteri Dalam Negeri Amerika Serikat ke-51 dalam pemerintahan Presiden Barack Obama dari 2013 sampai 2017.
Jewell lahir di London dan pindah ke Amerika Serikat dalam usia tiga tahun. Ia dibesarkan di Negara Bagian Washington dan masuk Universitas Washington. Setelah lulus, Jewell sempat menjabat sebagai insinyur perminyakan sebelum beralih ke industri perbankan.
