Samura Mathew Wilson Kamara (lahir 30 April 1951) adalah seorang politikus dan ekonom Sierra Leone. Ia adalah nominee Partai Kongres Seluruh Rakyat untuk jabatan Presiden Sierra Leone dalam pemilu 2018. Ia menjadi Menteri Urusan Luar Negeri dan Kerjasama Internasional Sierra Leone dari 2012 sampai 2017,[1][2] Menteri Keuangan dan Pembangunan Ekonomi dari 2009 sampai 2013, Gubernur Bank Sierra Leone dari 2007 sampai 2009, Sekretaris Keuangan dalam Kementerian Keuangan pada masa pemerintahan Presiden Ahmad Tejan Kabbah.
