Alessandrina "Sandra" Mondaini (Italia: [ˈsandra mondaˈiːni]; 1 September 1931 – 21 September 2010) adalah seorang pemeran film dan pemandu acara televisi asal Italia. Ia tampil dalam 30 film antara 1953 dan 2008.
Ia wafat pada 21 September 2010 di Milan dalam usia 79 tahun, lima bulan setelah kematian suaminya.[1][2]
