Santa Maria in Via adalah sebuah gereja basilika di Roma. Gereja atau kapel tersebut berdiri pada abad ke-9, tetapi dibangun ulang setelah laporan sebuah mukjizat. Pada 1165, gereja tersebut dicatat sebagai Santa Maria in Via, yang artinya "Jalan", sebuah rujukan bahwa tempat tersebut berada di dekat Via Flaminia.
