Saraf simpatik
Saraf simpatik adalah salah satu cabang dari sistem saraf otonom. Saraf simpatik berpangkal pada sumsum tulang belakang. Saraf simpatik bekerja secara tidak sadar dan berlawanan dengan saraf parasimpatik. Saraf simpatik juga mengatur kerja otot polos pada bronkus. Sistem saraf simpatik bertanggung jawab mempersiapkan tubuh menghadapi situasi stres atau darurat melalui respons "fight or flight".[1]
