Sarawak Energy Berhad (SEB) bertanggungjawab untuk penggenarasian, pentransmisian dan pendistribusian listrik untuk negara bagian Sarawak di Malaysia. Badan tersebut secara keseluruhan dimiliki oleh Pemerintah Negara Bagian Sarawak.[2]
