Satyricon adalah sebuah band heavy metal dari Oslo, Norwegia. Dibentuk pada 1990 sebagai sebuah band death metal dengan nama Eczema.[1] Pada 1991, band mengadopsi gaya black metal. Album pertamanya ialah Dark Medieval Times dirilis pada tahun 1993.[2] Saat ini, Satyricon terdiri dari duet Sigurd "Satyr" Wongraven dan Kjetil-Vidar "Frost" Haraldstad.
