Sava Centar (bahasa Serbia: Сава Центар) adalah pusat bisnis, budaya dan kongres internasional yang terletak di kota Beograd, ibu kota Serbia. Sava Centar memiliki balai terbesar di seluruh bekas wilayah Yugoslavia dan merupakan salah satu yang terbesar di Eropa. Di gedung ini telah diadakan berbagai ajang nasional dan internasional berskala besar, seperti konser Jethro Tull dan Sting, kompetisi Miss Serbia, pemilihan lagu yang akan mewakili Serbia dalam ajang Eurovision, ajang Jugovizija pada tahun 1987, serta pertemuan OSCE tahun 1977, pertemuan tahunan ke-55 Interpol, pertemuan UNCTAD keenam, pertemuan umum UNESCO tahun 1980, dan pertemuan puncak negara non-blok kesembilan.
Sava Centar terletak di Block 19 di munisipalitas Novi Beograd, tepatnya di Jalan Milentija Popovića 9. Kompleks Sava Centar mulai dibangun pada tahun 1976 karena Beograd telah terpilih sebagai tempat pengadaan konferensi OSCE, dan bangunan ini dibuka oleh Josip Broz Tito pada tanggal 14 Mei 1977.
