Scott Miller (kelahiran tahun 1961 di Florida)[1] adalah seorang perancang permainan video, programmer dan wirausahawan Amerika Serikat yang dikenal karena mendirikan Apogee Software, Ltd. (yang kemudian menjadi 3D Realms) pada 1987. Bermula dengan seri Kroz untuk MS-DOS dari tahun tersebut, Miller mempionirkan konsep permainan perdana dalam trilogi yang didistribusikan bebas sebagai perangkat berbagi dengan kesempatan untuk menjual dua episode sisanya.[2]
