Karier
Pada usia 23 dia menandatangani kontrak dengan HSI Productions, dan pada tahun 2006 Speer menerima MVPA Award untuk Debut Sutradara of the Year untuk video musik "Stars" oleh Switchfoot.
Pada tahun 2007 ia memenangkan MTV Video Music Awards Latin America pertamanya di México, untuk karyanya dengan "Bella Traicion" oleh sensasi musik pop Belinda. Dia menampilkan beberapa video musik untuk Belinda. Pada bulan Juni 2007, dia menyutradarai serangkaian tiga bagian video untuk High School Musical yang dibintangi oleh Ashley Tisdale.
