Sebastiano Martinelli (20 Agustus 1848 – 4 Juli 1918) adalah seorang kardinal Gereja Katolik Roma yang menjabat sebagai Prefek Kongregasi Suci bagi Ritus.
Kehidupan awal
Sebastiano Martinelli lahir di Borgo Sant'Anna, Keuskupan Agung Lucca, Italia.[1] Ia adalah putra dari pasangan Cosma Martinelli dan Maddalena Pardini. Saudaranya adalah Kardinal Tommaso Martinelli.[2]
