Sedot lemak (bahasa Inggris: liposuction) adalah jenis prosedur pengangkatan lemak yang digunakan dalam operasi plastik.[1] Bukti tidak mendukung efek pada berat badan lebih dari beberapa bulan dan tampaknya tidak memengaruhi masalah terkait obesitas.[2][3] Di Amerika Serikat, sedot lemak adalah operasi kosmetik yang paling umum.[4]
