Seedance adalah sebuah model teks-ke-video buatan ByteDance yang diluncurkan pada Juni 2025, dengan versi 2.0 dirilis pada Februari 2026. Seedance dengan cepat menjadi viral karena membuat klip-klip yang menampilkan pemeran dan karakter terkenal, yang menyebabkan keterpikatan, terutama di Tiongkok, karean tingkat realismenya dan merebaknya kekhawatiran terhadap pelanggaran hak cipta dan potensinya untuk meniru produksi film gaya Hollywood.
Riwayat
Seedance mula-mula dirilis pada Juni 2025.[1] Seedance 2.0 dirilis pada Februari 2026.[2][3] Tak lama setelah dirilis, klip-klip realistik berdasarkan pada pemeran dunia nyata, acara televisi dan film menjadi viral di dunia maya. Klip-klip tersebut meliputi para karakter Friends yang dicitrakan ulang menjadi berang-berang, sebuah pertarungan antara Brad Pitt dan Tom Cruise, dan Will Smith bertarung dengan monster spageti bermata merah.[4]
