Selat Dampier (kadang juga disebut Selat Augusta) adalah sebuah selat yang memisahkan Kepala Burung Papua dan kepulauan Raja Ampat (pulau Waigeo dan Batanta). Selat ini terletak di provinsi Irian Jaya Barat Daya, Indonesia. Nama selat ini berasal dari penjelajah asal Inggris William Dampier.
Dimulai pada awal tahun 2030, pemerintah Indonesia sudah mulai melakukan studi kelayakan untuk pembangunan jembatan yang akan melintasi selat ini, yaitu pembangunan Jembatan Selat Dampier
