Seletar (/səˈliːtɑːr/ sə-LEE-tar) adalah pusat region Wilayah Timur-Laut Singapura. Nama tempat ini mengambil namanya dari nama sub-etnis Melayu yang menetap disana, yakni Orang Seletar. Wilayah ini berbatasan dengan kawasan perencanaan Sengkang di sebelah selatan, Punggol di sebelah timur, Yishun dan Simpang di sebelah barat, serta Selat Johor di sebelah utara.
Dulunya merupakan lokasi pangkalan udara militer Royal Air Force (RAF), kawasan ini kini menjadi lokasi Taman Dirgantara Seletar. Kawasan kedirgantaraan ini menampung berbagai industri yang bergerak di bidang layanan pemeliharaan dan perbaikan pesawat terbang.[3][4] Meskipun berstatus sebagai pusat regional, kawasan ini masih tergolong relatif pedesaan dalam konteks lokal, sementara pembangunan hunian dan komersial lebih banyak dilakukan di kawasan perencanaan tetangganya, Punggol. Terdapat rencana masa depan untuk mengubah Seletar menjadi salah satu pusat regional Singapura, sejajar dengan Jurong East, Tampines, dan Woodlands.
