Semyon Grigoryevich Morozov (bahasa Rusia: Семён Григорьевич Морозов; 25 September [K.J.: 12 September] 1914, Taganrog – 23 Februari 1943, Taganrog) adalah komisar organisasi bawah tanah anti-fasis Taganrog (1941–1943). Ia secara anumerta dianugerahi gelar Pahlawan Uni Soviet.
