Sentiling

Sentiling dari singkong.

Sentiling adalah salah satu jajanan tradisional khas Semarang, Jawa Tengah yang terbuat dari singkong. Kue ini terbuat dari singkong parut yang dikukus dengan hasil akhir berlapis-lapis, biasanya berwarna merah, kuning, dan hijau. Bagian terluar kue, dilapisi parutan kelapa.[1]
