Seo Hyun-deok (lahir 9 Mei 1991) adalah pemain tenis meja pria asal Korea Selatan. Dia pemilik Samsung Life Insurance.[2] Dia memenangkan enam gelar ganda di ITTF World Tour antara 2010 dan 2014, termasuk kemenangan di tahun 2014 melalui ITTF World Tour Grand Final.[3] Pada tahun 2015, ia memenangkan medali perunggu di nomor ganda putra bersama Lee Sang-su di Kejuaraan Dunia.[4]
