Serigala Meksiko (Canis lupus baileyi), juga dikenal sebagai lobo mexicano (atau singkatnya lobo)[a] adalah sebuah subspesies serigala abu-abu (C. lupus) yang berasal dari Arizona timur dan tenggara dan New Mexico barat dan selatan (di Amerika Serikat) dan kawasan terfragmentasi Meksiko utara. Dulunya, subspesies tersebut tersebar dari California Selatan di selatan sampai Baja California, di timur melalui Gurun Sonora dan Chihuahua dan sampai Texas Barat.
