Shantanu Narayen (lahir 27 Mei 1963)[1] adalah seorang eksekutif bisnis Amerika Serikat. Ia menjadi ketua, presiden dan kepala jabatan eksekutif Adobe Inc. sejak Desember 2007.[5] Sebelum itu, ia menjadi presiden dan kepala jabatan operasi perusahaan tersebut sejak 2005.[6]
