Shilpa Rao (lahir Apeksha Rao; 11 April 1984) adalah seorang penyanyi India. Dibesarkan di Jamshedpur, ia pindah ke Mumbai pada usia 13. Ia menyelesaikan gelar Master dalam bidang Statistika Terapan dari Kolese St. Xavier, Mumbai, sebelum bekerja sebagai penyanyi jingel selama tiga tahun. Selama masa kuliahnya, Mithoon menawarinya untuk merekam lagu "Tose Naina" dari Anwar (2007), membuat debut karier Bollywoodnya.
