Shimon Sakaguchi (坂口 志文, Sakaguchi Shimon, lahir 19 Januari 1951) adalah seorang imunologis dan Distinguished Professor Universitas Osaka.[1] Ia dikenal atas penemuan sel T regulator dan menjelaskan perannya dalam sistem imun. Penemuan tersebut dipakai dalam pengobatan kanker dan penyakit autoimun. Sakaguchi meraih Penghargaan Nobel Fisiologi atau Kedokteran pada 2025.
