Shirley Scott (14 Maret 1934 – 10 Maret 2002) adalah organis jazz Amerika. Lahir di Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Scott mempelajari trompet dan piano di sekolah. Sebagai pemain pada tahun 1950-an, dia memainkan organ Hammond B-3. Rekamannya dengan Eddie "Lockjaw" Davis termasuk hit "In the Kitchen". Dipengaruhi oleh musik gospel dan blues, dia bermain soul jazz pada 1960-an dengan Stanley Turrentine, yang menjadi suaminya pada dekade yang sama; pasangan itu bercerai pada tahun 1971.[1]
