Simhah Pinsker (17 Maret 1801 – 29 Oktober 1864) (Ibrani: שמחה פינסקר) adalah seorang cendekiawan dan arkeolog Yahudi-Polandia kelahiran Tarnopol, Galisia. Ia menerima pendidikan Ibrani awal di cheider dan dari ayahnya, Shebaḥ ha-Levi, seorang pengkotbah terkenal, yang mengajarinya matematika dan juga bahasa Jerman. Ia adalah ayah dari Leon Pinsker.
