Sisley Choi (lahir 6 Februari 1991) adalah seorang aktris asal Hong Kong. Ia adalah juara ke-2 dalam Miss Hong Kong 2013.[1] Choi memulai karier aktingnya tak lama usai berkompetisi dalam kontes kecantikan tersebut. Ia menandatangani kontrak dengan TVB dan debut dalam drama tahun 2014, Overachievers.
Choi menjalani perguruan tinggi di Selandia Baru dan belajar etnologi di Jerman.[2]
