Skala Delisle (kadang dieja de Lisle) adalah skala suhu yang dinamai menurut astronom Prancis Joseph-Nicolas Delisle (1688–1768). Ia menciptakan satuan ini pada 1732. Skala ini mirip skala Réaumur. Delisle adalah penulis buku Mémoires pour servir à l'histoire et aux progrès de l'Astronomie, de la Géographie et de la Physique (1738).
Ia diundang ke Rusia oleh Peter I dan membuat sebuah termometer pada 1732 yang menggunakan raksa sebagai cairan ukurnya. Ia menetapkan skala temperaturnya dengan titik didih air sebagai 0 derajat dan titik beku air sebagai 100 derajat. Skala Celsius juga mulanya dibuat demikian, dari 0 untuk titik didih air sampai 100 untuk titik beku air. Hal ini dibalikkan ke skala sekarang beberapa tahun setelah kematian Celsius oleh Daniel Ekström, seorang pembuat termometer.
Pada 1738, Josias Weitbrecht (1702–1747) mengkalibrasi ulang termometer Delisle sehingga 0 derajat adalah titik didih air dan 150 derajat adalah titik beku air. Skala Delisle digunakan selama hampir 100 tahun di Rusia.
