Somon Air adalah maskapai penerbangan swasta pertama di Tajikistan, dengan kantor pusat di Dushanbe.[2] Basis maskapai penerbangan ini adalah di Bandar Udara Internasional Dushanbe. Maskapai penerbangan ini memulai operasinya pada tanggal 5 Februari 2008 dengan penerbangan reguler ke Moskow.
