Charles L. "Sonny" Liston (8 Mei 1932?–30 Desember 1970) adalah petinju yang menjadi juara tinju kelas berat dunia tahun 1962 dengan menaklukan Floyd Patterson pada ronde pertama. Liston adalah salah satu pemukul yang paling kuat dalam sejarah divisi kelas berat.
Karena sedikitnya dokumentasi atau sertifikat kelahiran, tidak diketahui kapan Liston lahir. Ibunya percaya ia lahir pada Januari 1929, tetapi Liston mengklaim tanggal lahirnya 8 Mei 1932.
